  • What areas do you cover?
    We cover Hillsbourough county, and the surrounding areas in florida for FULL SETUPS . ASK FOR TRAVEL FEES OUTSIDE OF FLORIDA. Treats and other items are shipped NATIONWIDE.
  • How far in advance should I book my date?
    The farther in advance that your date is booked is always the best, we do recommend 2-3 months out, we know life has a way of throwing curve balls, so we do allow LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS W/ (fee)
  • How much space is required for setup ?
    Any event can be customized to any space give us your vision and we will create it. If you are limited to space let us know and we can discuss before booking.
  • How to book?
    EVENTS: We need a 50% nonrefundable retainer to book your preferred date. The remainder of the balance is due 7 days before the event. We can accept cash on occasion. (If approved) Please be advised until payment is received dates are not fully confirmed. VENUE: A $250 nonrefundable retainer secures your date
  • How can payments be made?
    We accept, Debit/Credit card & Bank transfer for deposit. Balance MUST be paid by Debit/Credit card,2 weeks before event. On the day of set up IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
  • Can i make changes to a customized order?
    You are allowed one change during the first customized proof, after that is approved no other changes can be made but please feel free to let us know if any information change before the event.
  • Last Minute Orders
    We do supply last minute orders on some purchases, there will be a RUSH FEE of $50.00 added to the bill
  • Who sets up the equipment? (Tables, chairs etc.
    WR PARTY TREATS &EVENTS will set up all the equipment for the party and make sure it's perfect! If a package is purchased If renting space only area will already be cleared out for your arrival with adequate tables and chairs for your event. You will have to set them up we do not set up we allow you full creativity with the placement for your event.
  • Do you own a venue?
    Yes, we are the proud owner of WR EVENT CENTER. WR EVENT CENTER holds three spaces in one. Black Ballroom holds up to 150. Blind Cash room holds up to 65. Overflow room holds up to 35.
  • What is the retainer fee?
    The retainer fee is an amount of money paid upfront to secure the services of the venue and to take the date and time slot off the calendar.
  • Extra Time
    Venue bookings all come with 2 additional hours allotted for setup and breakdown. Additional hours are charged per hour at $150 per hour or $200 per hour depending on the room.
